We had a mixed experience with Waterscapes Pools & Spas. On one hand, the staff was professional and knowledgeable, and the construction process was relatively smooth. However, there were some issues with communication and follow-through, particularly with regards to a change order that was requested during the project. Our sales representative was very helpful and responsive, and the design process was easy and efficient. However, once the construction began, there were some delays and miscommunications that caused some frustration.The final product was satisfactory, but there were some minor issues with the finish and the surrounding landscaping. Overall, we were pleased with the quality of the pool itself, but had some concerns about the overall construction process.We were very satisfied with the pricing of the project, and felt that it was competitive with other companies in the area. However, we did have some concerns about the innovativeness of the design and the construction process.We would recommend Waterscapes Pools & Spas to others, but with some caveats. While the staff is professional and knowledgeable, the communication and follow-through can be hit-or-miss. Additionally, the company's policies and procedures can be a bit rigid, which can make it difficult to make changes or modifications to the project.We hope that in the future, Waterscapes Pools & Spas will work to improve its communication and follow-through, as well as its design and construction process.
