I visited this location and overall, I was quite pleased with what I saw. The business has a solid overall rating. However, I would say that the quality of the construction could be improved. There were some minor flaws that detracted from the overall experience. On the plus side, the pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the development. I did appreciate the innovative approach to housing development, with the Waters Edge project offering new townhomes that seem to be a hit. However, the parking lot could be improved to make it easier for people with mobility issues.
