This location of Walgreens Photo is a well-rounded spot for all your photo needs. The business offers a wide range of services including photo prints, custom cards, passport photos, and calendars. They have a convenient location on US-27 Street in Lake Wales City, with wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. The working hours are varied, but they accommodate most schedules. The quality of the services is decent, with some customers having a positive experience with the helpful staff and clean store. However, there were a few issues with the quality of the finished products, such as improperly aligned photos and incomplete orders. The pricing seems to be very competitive, with some customers mentioning a $1 discount for the inconvenience of a delayed order. This suggests that the business is willing to offer value to their customers. One major issue is the lack of accountability and follow-through with orders. A customer had a horrible experience with a delayed Christmas gift, which was supposed to be completed a day in advance. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the customer had to track down a manager to resolve the issue. This lack of professionalism and attention to detail is disappointing and could deter customers from using this location in the future.Overall, this location of Walgreens Photo has its strengths and weaknesses. While the quality of the services can be inconsistent, the pricing is competitive and the staff is generally helpful. However, the business needs to work on its accountability and follow-through to ensure that customers receive the quality services they deserve.
