The overall experience of this business location is quite satisfying. Although some areas need improvement, it seems that the company's focus on delivering quality services is still a work in progress. On the other hand, their pricing is highly competitive, making them a good choice for those on a budget. Unfortunately, they lack a bit of innovation in their services, but it's a small price to pay for the benefits they offer.
Upon entering the location, it's clear that they value accessibility, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance available. The staff seems friendly, and clients have generally reported positive interactions. However, there have been some issues with payment, with one client expressing frustration about being told they're "out of funds" when asked for payment.
Their website seems well-designed and provides all the necessary information about their services and contact details. They have a clear and concise description of their services, and the phone number and address are easily accessible. The co-branding with "Walbridge" suggests a strong brand identity, which is a plus.
One major issue that stands out is the lack of reliable payment options. Clients have reported difficulties in getting paid, which can be a major concern for businesses relying on timely payments.
Overall, this business location has a lot to offer, but they need to work on addressing some of the issues with payment and improving the quality of their services.
