The location is very welcoming, it seems. It's a small business, run by a woman. I felt at ease while I was there, I think. I didn't have any trouble finding what I was looking for. Staff was very helpful, from what I saw. They have everything you need for your pet, it appears. They're very kind and knowledgeable about pets. The prices are great, I think. The store is also very clean, from what I saw.There was one issue with my last visit to the location. The groomer seemed a bit unprofessional and her behavior was upsetting. She seemed to be on her phone the entire time and didn't seem to care about my pet's needs. I was also charged an extra fee for late cancellation, which I didn't agree to. The groomer's attitude was very off-putting and made me feel uncomfortable. It was a bad experience, overall.
