The location is a well-regarded construction and roofing company. The majority of customers had a positive experience, citing the professionalism, punctuality, and quality of work of the staff. Many reviewers praised the knowledgeable and trustworthy staff, particularly Shane, who was instrumental in providing excellent customer service. Some customers noted that the company was prompt in responding to their needs, even in emergency situations. The staff's ability to work efficiently and complete jobs in a timely manner was also a notable strength. The company's commitment to transparency and honesty was a common thread throughout the reviews. Overall, the location appears to be a reliable and trustworthy choice for customers seeking construction and roofing services. The only issue is that some customers mentioned that they had to wait for a response or resolution from the company, and a few reviewers mentioned that the company's pricing could be improved. However, these concerns were not widespread and did not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience reported by the majority of customers.
