The business location, Volkswagen of New Port Richey Parts Department, has a mix of characteristics that make it an average experience for customers. On the one hand, the store has a wide range of services and offerings, including oil changes, tire rotations, and engine repairs. They also accept various payment methods, such as NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. The store is wheelchair accessible, and customers can opt for in-store shopping, in-store pickup, or delivery. However, the poor quality of service has been a significant issue. There have been complaints about technicians' mistakes, such as failing to add the proper amount of oil, leading to customers having to buy and add oil themselves. This incident has caused distrust and dissatisfaction among customers. The store's working hours are mostly consistent, but there are some inconsistencies on Thursdays. The location's overall rating is quite low, indicating a need for improvement.
