This location offers a unique shopping experience with a focus on high-quality countertops and furniture. The business has a small and personalized approach, which is reflected in its commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail. The team, led by Olek, is known for their professionalism and exceptional customer service. Clients have praised the business for its top-notch products and exceptional workmanship, with some even mentioning the impressive equipment used to achieve seamless finishes. While some clients have had overwhelmingly positive experiences, there have been a few instances of issues with the quality of the work. Specifically, one client had problems with staining on their quartzite countertops, and another client's countertops looked worse than expected, prompting a call for resolution. Despite these issues, the business has responded promptly and professionally to client concerns, demonstrating a commitment to resolving any problems that may arise. The business is located in a convenient spot with on-site parking, and the hours of operation cater to a wide range of customers, including those who may need to pick up their purchases during extended hours on Fridays. Overall, this location is a great choice for those seeking high-quality countertops and furniture, but potential clients should be aware of the occasional issue with quality control.
