This business location offers a variety of services, including home building, construction and development, and real estate development. It's located in a wheelchair-accessible building with an entrance and parking lot, and offers onsite services. The staff is very professional and responsive, as noted by a real estate broker who had a positive experience working with the sales team. The community is shaping up to be a beautiful place to live, with stunning amenities and a great location. However, the quality of the homes may vary, as there's no information available about the materials and craftsmanship used in the construction process. Despite this, the clients who have purchased homes here seem to be very happy with their decision. One thing that stands out is the great customer service, as the owner is very responsive to client feedback and willing to make improvements. Overall, this location seems to offer a good balance of quality, pricing, and innovativeness, but the lack of information about the homes themselves is a drawback.
