This place seems to have a decent reputation, with customers generally satisfied with the service. However, there are some issues with the quality of service, pricing, and innovativeness. Some customers have complained about long wait times, high lumper fees, and slow unloading processes. On the other hand, many customers have praised the friendly and helpful staff, quick unloading, and efficient operations. Overall, it seems like Vistar is a solid choice for logistics and transportation services, but may need to work on addressing some of the issues raised by customers. Some of the key positives mentioned by customers include:* Friendly and helpful staff* Quick unloading* Efficient operations* Plenty of room to maneuver and park* Good communication with customersHowever, some of the key negatives mentioned by customers include:* Long wait times* High lumper fees* Slow unloading processes* Poor communication with customers* Issues with lumper services and paperworkIt's worth noting that some customers have had issues with the location itself, including difficulties with finding the correct entrance and parking.
