This location is a convenient spot for customers seeking a variety of products, including tobacco and smoke-related items, medical services, and alternative medicine. The shop is well-stocked with a wide selection of products, including vaporizers, kratom, CBD, and delta-8 items, as well as accessories and equipment. The staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable, with many customers praising their helpfulness and willingness to assist. Owners Paul and Jeff are particularly commended for their customer service and approachability. The shop's atmosphere is welcoming, with customers often mentioning the cleanliness and organization of the store. The rewards program is also a nice touch, offering customers a chance to earn points and discounts. While some customers have had positive experiences with the shop, there are a few instances where the staff could be more informed about the products they sell. In one case, a customer was incorrectly informed about a product, and in another, a staff member seemed uncertain about a product's availability. One customer had a negative experience due to a perceived lack of concern for underaged individuals who might be attracted to the shop's products. However, this issue has been addressed, and the shop has taken steps to ensure that only those 21 and older are served.Overall, this location seems to be a well-run business with a strong focus on customer service and a wide range of products. While there are some areas for improvement, the shop's strengths outweigh its weaknesses, making it a great choice for customers in the area.
