The location of VIP Pets of the Belles on Renatta Dr Drive in Belleair City is a reliable and trustworthy option for pet owners. The business provides exceptional care for pets, with many owners expressing their gratitude for the services provided by Petra and her team. Petra takes the time to get to know each pet's unique needs and personality, and owners appreciate the daily updates and photos she sends while they are away.
Pet owners praise Petra's love and care for their pets, saying they are like family to her. Many owners have commented on how their pets seem to thrive in her care, and they appreciate the attention to detail she provides. Petra's services go beyond just pet sitting, as she also offers to maintain the home while owners are away, which provides an added sense of security.
One issue that arose in the reviews was a negative experience with a trainee walker, but it appears to be an isolated incident, and Petra's behavior was the primary concern, not the quality of care.
The location's accessibility features, including a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity. The business's working hours, Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, allow owners to schedule services that fit their needs.
Overall, VIP Pets of the Belles is a well-regarded business that provides exceptional care for pets, and owners can feel confident leaving their pets in Petra's capable hands.
