The Villas at Gateway is a great place to live, with a well-maintained property and friendly staff. However, there are some issues with noise and neighboring apartments, which can be a problem for some residents. The amenities are great, including the pool, gym, and dog parks. The staff is very responsive and helpful, and the maintenance team is quick to fix any issues. The property is conveniently located, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The only issue is that the prices are a bit high, but it's worth it for the quality of the property and the amenities. Despite this, the Villas at Gateway is a great choice for those looking for a quiet and comfortable living environment.Note: The scores are based on the information provided and may not reflect the actual quality of the business.
