The review text is as follows:The reviewer's overall experience was good, with an average rating of 4.6 out of 5. The quality of service was also good, with a rating of 4.7. The pricing was considered fair, with a rating of 4.8. However, the innovativeness of the dealership was a bit lower, with a rating of 4.5. Overall, the reviewer was satisfied with their experience at Village Toyota. They mentioned that the sales team was helpful and knowledgeable, and that the finance manager was great. They also appreciated the fact that the dealership had a family-owned feel and that the staff was respectful and understanding. However, they did mention that there were some issues with the vehicle they purchased, including a defective tire and a rough-running engine. Despite these issues, the reviewer was willing to give the dealership another chance and has recommended it to others. It is worth noting that there is one issue that the reviewer mentioned: "be wary of this man, because if he will talk to you like that, it makes you wonder how they treat your vehicle behind closed doors". This issue is related to a specific person at the dealership, but it does not seem to have had a significant impact on the reviewer's overall experience.
