The staff is friendly and professional, with many reviewers praising the exceptional customer service they receive. Many reviewers have commented on the attention to detail and the extra touches, such as pre-washing and drying, that make their experience stand out. The car wash itself is also well-regarded, with many reviewers noting that their cars come out clean and shiny. However, there are a few areas for improvement. Some reviewers have noted that the business can be inconsistent, with occasional issues with the wash or the staff. Additionally, a few reviewers have mentioned that the business can be slow to address issues or concerns. One major issue that has been raised by several reviewers is the lack of attention to detail in certain areas. For example, one reviewer noted that their car was still wet after the wash, and another reviewer mentioned that the staff did not do a good job of removing bugs from their car.Despite these issues, the business has a strong reputation and many reviewers would highly recommend it.
