The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They make sure to explain everything in detail, which is great for pet owners who want to be informed. However, one of the staff members was a bit unprofessional during a phone call, which was a bit off-putting.Some of the staff members seem to have a bit of an attitude, which can be frustrating for pet owners who just want to get their pet treated. However, overall, the experience was good, and the doctor and staff were able to help our pet feel better. They also have a wide range of services available, including boarding and grooming, which is convenient for pet owners who need to travel.It's worth noting that the prices are a bit higher than some of the other vets in the area, but the quality of care and the level of service make it worth the extra cost. They also offer discounts for loyalty and referrals, which is a nice touch.
