This Veteran Shops location is a great place to visit for home and daily essentials, IT services, and e-commerce needs. The store's address is Building 2020, Harbourside Dr Drive, Longboat Key City, and it's easily accessible by wheelchair, with a parking lot and entrance that cater to customers with mobility issues. The store's mission is to provide top-notch products and services, especially for veterans, and it seems to be living up to that promise. Many customers have praised the store for its excellent customer service, responsive team, and smooth purchasing process. The products sold at this location are of high quality, and customers have reported being impressed with the durability and functionality of the items they've purchased. However, one issue that has been reported by some customers is the late delivery of products, with some orders taking longer than expected to arrive. This is a significant concern, as one customer experienced a delivery delay of 14 days. Despite this issue, the store's commitment to providing quality products and services is evident, and customers have appreciated the discounts and support offered by the veteran-owned business. The owner has also been responsive to customer concerns, as seen in a response to a customer's review. Overall, this location seems to be a great option for those looking for a reliable and customer-centric store for their home and daily needs. While there is room for improvement in terms of delivery times, the store's strengths in quality and customer service make it a worthwhile visit.
