This Petco Store location in Tampa City seems to provide average to good services to pet owners and their pets. The store's staff is friendly, but there are some concerns about the quality of service and attention to detail. The vaccination process for pets is smooth and quick, but there have been instances where appointments were not taken seriously, and pets were not seen in a timely manner. The store's veterinarians are not always qualified or willing to perform tasks that other vets would take for granted, such as reading prior reports or checking pets for ear infections. Some customers have reported receiving snippy texts and being turned away for minor delays, which is not exactly what one would expect from a business that prides itself on providing convenient services. However, the store's staff does seem to be friendly and welcoming to customers. The store's working hours are flexible, but there are some gaps in service on certain days of the week. The store's accessibility features, such as wheelchair-accessible restrooms and entrances, are a positive aspect of the business.Overall, while this Petco Store location has some flaws, it still manages to provide decent services to pet owners. However, there is room for improvement in terms of quality control and attention to customer needs.
