This location is a great place to get internet service, but it seems like they could work on being more innovative. The staff is always friendly and willing to help, especially John and Brandon who are very knowledgeable and patient. They are also wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus. The working hours are convenient, with extended hours on Friday and Saturday. One area for improvement is pricing, as one customer found the prices didn't make sense. Overall, it's a solid choice for internet service, but could use some innovation to stay ahead of the game.
