I visited this store with a specific task in mind, which was to upgrade my phone and plan. I was greeted by a friendly employee who quickly assisted me. Throughout the process, they were knowledgeable, helpful, and ensured I understood everything before proceeding. However, I did have to wait a bit for some issues to be resolved, which affected the overall experience.The quality of service provided was generally good, but there was one occasion where the employee seemed uncertain about a particular detail, which took a bit longer to resolve. Nevertheless, they remained patient and helpful throughout.The pricing at this store was reasonable, and I felt that I got a good deal on my new phone and plan. However, I did feel that some of the additional features and services were overpriced.In terms of innovativeness, this store has implemented some useful features, such as the ability to check availability of certain devices and plans online. However, I did notice that some of the features on the new phone I purchased seemed to be missing, which was slightly disappointing.Overall, my experience at this store was positive, but there were a few areas for improvement. I would recommend visiting this store to others, but it's worth being prepared for some potential issues.
