This location seems to be a well-rounded spot for wireless services and cell phone needs. The average customer rating of 4.9 indicates a high level of satisfaction. However, there is a slight concern with the quality of service, as some customers mentioned issues with being spoken to in a rude tone or not being helped promptly. The prices at this location seem to be competitive, with some customers mentioning they were able to get good deals on phone upgrades and plans. Innovativeness is also a strength, with some customers praising the knowledgeable and helpful staff. Overall, this location seems to be a good choice for those looking for wireless services, but may benefit from improving their customer service. One notable issue that was mentioned by multiple customers was the lack of assistance with certain tasks, such as signing paperwork or getting their new phone set up. It's possible that this is an isolated incident or a one-time mistake, but it's worth bringing to the attention of management to ensure that all customers receive the same level of service.
