I was impressed by the friendly staff at this business. They made me feel welcome and supported. The location is easy to find, and the free parking lot is a big plus. I appreciated the fact that it's an LGBTQ+ friendly space, and the gender-neutral restroom is a great touch. The wheelchair accessible features make it a great option for everyone. I had to make an appointment, but it was worth it for the quality service. The onsite services were very convenient, and the online estimates were helpful in planning. The business identifies as Asian-owned, which is wonderful to see. The only thing that kept me from giving it a perfect score was the inconsistent hours on Thursdays - I had to plan around it.
