This dental clinic has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, making patients feel at ease from the moment they walk in. The office is spotlessly clean and modernly equipped with the latest technology. Dr. Kuchmak, the lead dentist, is highly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to his patients, making them feel informed and in control. His bedside manner is pleasing and comforting, which is especially appreciated by those with dental anxiety. The clinic offers a wide range of services, including cosmetic dentistry, emergency services, and pediatric care, making it a one-stop-shop for all dental needs. The staff is multilingual, speaking Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, and other languages, which is a significant advantage for patients from diverse backgrounds. One of the notable features of this clinic is its willingness to accommodate patients with urgent needs. They offer same-day appointments, and the staff is available to answer questions and provide guidance outside of regular working hours. While the clinic's pricing seems reasonable and competitive, there are a few concerns about the quality of service. Some patients have reported minor issues with the quality of care, such as overly aggressive hygienists or poor communication from the staff. However, these issues seem to be relatively rare and are often resolved promptly by the clinic.Overall, Venice Advanced Dentistry is a highly recommended dental clinic that offers top-notch service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a wide range of services. While there are some minor issues with quality, they do not detract from the overall experience, and the clinic's strengths far outweigh its weaknesses.
