This location offers a pleasant experience for residents and visitors alike. The grounds are kept perfectly, with a beautiful park adjacent to the condo complex, perfect for walking and getting some exercise. The recreational hall is a great place to host events, with plenty of space and amenities. However, it would be helpful to have parking options closer to the condos near the water for disabled visitors. The location also offers stunning views of Tampa Bay and the Skyway Bridge, making it a great place to watch the sunset. The community is quiet and reasonably priced, making it a great value for residents. The property management team does a great job of keeping the complex clean and safe. With a little more attention to accessibility, this location would be nearly perfect.
