Velocity Automotive Service is a reliable and trustworthy car repair shop with a team of knowledgeable and friendly mechanics. The shop offers a wide range of services, including oil changes, wheel alignment, brake repair, and more. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive, which is a big plus. The staff at Velocity is extremely courteous and helpful. They take the time to explain what's wrong with your car and provide you with options for repair. They are not pushy or aggressive, which is refreshing in a car repair shop. One thing that sets Velocity apart from other car repair shops is their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. They will often call you to check in and make sure everything is okay with your vehicle. They also offer free estimates and will work with you to find a repair plan that fits your budget. The shop itself is clean and organized, with modern equipment and a comfortable waiting area. They also have a free parking lot and a clean restroom, which is a nice touch. The only issue with Velocity is that they can be a bit busy, especially during peak hours. However, they do their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible.Overall, Velocity Automotive Service is a great choice for anyone in need of car repair. They offer quality service at a fair price, and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable car repair shop, Velocity is definitely worth considering.
