This shop has received generally positive reviews from customers. The staff is often described as friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The shop has a wide selection of products, including vapes, tobacco, and other smoking accessories. However, some customers have reported issues with pricing, with some products being significantly overpriced compared to other shops. Additionally, there have been some complaints about the quality of certain products, such as faulty vapes. Despite these issues, the shop has a loyal customer base and is generally considered a good option for those in the area.
The shop's strength lies in its customer service, with many staff members being praised for their helpfulness and friendliness. However, the shop's pricing has been a major issue for some customers, with some reporting that prices are significantly higher than at other shops.
One major issue that has been reported by several customers is the shop's lack of willingness to exchange or refund faulty products. Several customers have reported purchasing vapes or other products that did not work properly, only to be told by staff that they could not be exchanged or refunded.
Overall, while the shop has its strengths and weaknesses, it appears to be a solid option for those in the area looking for a wide selection of smoking products and friendly customer service. However, customers should be aware of the potential issues with pricing and product quality before making a purchase.
