His thoroughness and willingness to go the extra mile to help his patients, such as answering emergency calls on weekends, have not gone unnoticed. Many clients have expressed their gratitude for finding a doctor like Dr. Nukala, who truly cares about their well-being and makes them feel like a personal friend. The medical practice as a whole has been praised for its professionalism, caring, and proactive approach to patient care. One client's experience stands out, as they were initially hesitant to see a new doctor after 30 years with their previous one, but were pleasantly surprised by Dr. Nukala's kindness, straight-forwardness, and willingness to explain everything. While the majority of clients have had exceptional experiences, there is one issue that stands out: some clients have reported feeling belittled and demeaned by Dr. Nukala's bedside manner, which is a stark contrast to the overwhelmingly positive feedback received from other clients.
