This location is a reliable choice for laundry services. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, as mentioned in several reviews. The quality of their work is also consistent, with many customers praising their ability to clean delicate items and preserve their original condition. Pricing is competitive, with some customers noting that it's a good value for the quality received. The location has made an effort to innovate, with features like NFC mobile payments and online estimates, which makes it convenient for customers. However, one issue is that some customers have experienced damage to their items, with a few reviews mentioning that the staff was unapologetic and uncooperative when addressing the problems. Despite this, the majority of reviews are positive, and the location seems to be a good option for those in need of laundry services. It's worth noting that the location has a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot, making it accessible to customers with mobility issues. The working hours are also standard, with the location being open from 7am to 6pm on weekdays and 8am to 3pm on Saturdays. Overall, this location seems to be a solid choice for laundry services, with a focus on quality, convenience, and accessibility.
