The staff is highly trained and knowledgeable, with many reviewers praising their friendly and professional demeanor. Debs, Sergio, Dixie, Colin, and Maylei are standout technicians, consistently providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The location offers a wide range of services, including oil changes, air and cabin filter replacements, tire services, battery replacements, and auto air conditioning service, making it a one-stop-shop for car maintenance and repair. The business has a strong online presence, with many reviewers praising its convenience and accessibility. However, one reviewer noted a concerning issue with the staff using their car as a work surface, placing tools and old parts directly on it, which is unacceptable and highlights the need for improved attention to detail and respect for customers' vehicles. Despite this issue, the majority of reviewers were extremely satisfied with their experiences, praising the business for its excellent customer service, efficient and convenient service, and competitive pricing.
