The Value Store It self-storage facility in Celebration, Florida, is a well-regarded location. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with easy access to storage units. The staff is generally helpful and friendly, with many reviewers praising the customer service provided by the manager, Aramis. He is known for being knowledgeable, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to assist customers.
Some reviewers have noted that the facility is convenient for Celebration residents, with a great location and safe surroundings. The units are climate-controlled, which is a plus for customers who need to store sensitive items.
However, there have been a few instances where customers have experienced issues with the facility's policies or management. For example, one reviewer reported that the facility began the process of auctioning off their unit after just 20 days of a late payment, which they felt was unfair. Another reviewer had a negative experience with the customer service, citing that the staff was not willing to help them with an issue.
Overall, the Value Store It facility in Celebration, Florida, appears to be a solid choice for customers looking for secure and convenient self-storage. However, it's essential to be aware of the facility's policies and to carefully review the rental agreement before signing.
