This Value Pawn & Jewelry location provides a great experience for customers, with a high overall rating of 4.7 out of 5. The quality of products and services is exceptional, with a rating of 4.9 out of 5. Pricing is also very competitive, with a rating of 4.8 out of 5. While innovativeness is somewhat lacking, with a rating of 4.5 out of 5, the store's staff is always happy to help and provide excellent customer service. The staff at this location, particularly Luis, Charles, and Jorge, are known for their friendly and professional demeanor. They go above and beyond to ensure that customers have a great experience, whether they're buying or selling items. The store itself is well-organized and clean, making it a pleasure to browse the aisles. However, there is one issue that has been reported by some customers. The manager on duty may not always be knowledgeable or helpful, which can lead to frustration. This is a rare occurrence, but it's something that the store could work on to improve overall customer satisfaction.Overall, this Value Pawn & Jewelry location is a great place to visit, especially if you're looking for a wide selection of products and excellent customer service. With a few minor improvements, it could be a truly exceptional experience.
