The Fourth Wind Properties mobile home park in Dover City has received mixed reviews from its visitors. The cleanliness of the park is a major concern for many, with some visitors describing it as "run down" and "full of garbage". Others have praised the friendly neighborhood, saying it's "quiet" and "friendly". However, the park's appearance seems to be inconsistent, with some reviewers noting that it needs a "major clean up". Some reviewers have also expressed concerns about the park's management, citing instances of unhelpful staff and unclear renting policies. The overall atmosphere of the park seems to be a major issue, with some visitors describing it as "brutal" and "horrible". On the other hand, a few reviewers have praised the park's staff, saying they're "friendly" and "excellent". However, these positive comments are outweighed by the numerous negative reviews. One issue that stands out is the inconsistency in the park's cleanliness, with some areas appearing well-maintained while others are neglected.
