This hotel and rental property is conveniently located in Sarasota City, in the building 1400 of Cove II Pl Place, Suite 611.
I had a chance to rent a vacation home from them and the place looked great, even though some of the furniture needed to be replaced.
My vacation home was fully equipped with everything I needed, and it had a comfortable interior that met my expectations.
However, the cleanliness could be improved, as I found some dust and dirt in the corners and on the furniture.
The hotel also offers indoor lodging, which is great for those who want to stay in a more traditional hotel setting.
The prices are very competitive, and I think it's great value for the money.
There is also a real estate department, where you can buy or rent an apartment or even a whole vacation home.
Overall, this place is a great option for those who are looking for a vacation rental or a place to stay in Sarasota City.
However, I had to contact customer service to fix a small issue with the Wi-Fi connection, which was resolved quickly.
The staff was friendly and helpful, which is always a plus when staying in a hotel or vacation rental.
Despite some minor issues, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
