I have visited this VA Dental Insurance Program located in St. Petersburg City, and overall, I have had a decent experience. The quality of service was average, and the staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful, but I did not have any major issues or complaints. The pricing was reasonable and fair, which was a plus. One issue I did notice was the weird entrance and exit to the grounds, which made it a bit confusing to navigate. I also noticed that the staff seemed to have a good relationship with the veterans, which was impressive. However, I did hear a concern from a veteran about the difficulty of getting help from the staff, which was a bit concerning. The pharmacy itself was well-organized and efficient, which made the experience a bit more pleasant. The availability of wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance was a definite plus. Overall, this location seems to be doing a good job, but could use some minor improvements.
