This location appears to be a community and government office, providing services such as utility billing. The office is wheelchair accessible, with parking, restroom, and entrance facilities available. The staff is mixed in terms of helpfulness, with some employees being very polite and sweet, while others seem to lack customer service skills. Some clients have reported difficulty in getting through on the phone, while others have been helped by friendly staff. Issues have been reported with customer service, billing, and water services, with some clients experiencing long delays or difficulties in setting up their utilities. Despite these issues, the office seems to be doing its best to provide services to the community. A notable issue is the inconsistent and sometimes poor customer service provided by some employees.
