The location of the business has a well-designed parking lot, making it easy for visitors with wheelchairs to access the premises. The building's entrance is also wheelchair accessible. The business operates under the USI Insurance Services brand and has a set schedule, working from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Although the business offers a range of services, including insurance, its innovativeness is unclear. The business's current rating from third-party sources is 3.0. Visitors can reach the business through its website, which provides a means of communication for inquiries and other purposes. However, one significant issue that stands out is the considerable increase in clients' premiums without apparent cause. For example, one client experienced a $800 increase on their homeowners renewal despite having a newly installed roof and hurricane-proof doors. When the client expressed their concerns, they were told that the increase was due to market changes, which suggests that the business may not always prioritize its clients' interests.
