This bus station in Riverview City is quite convenient, especially for those traveling by wheelchair, as it has an accessible entrance. However, its quality of service may need some improvement. One thing I was surprised to notice is that the overall experience could be made more convenient with some innovation, such as easier boarding processes or additional amenities for passengers. Overall, it's a decent spot to catch a bus, but it's nothing to write home about either. Its pricing seems to be reasonable, at least. It could be made more pleasant with some creative solutions. As it is, it gets the job done but leaves much to be desired. The location is quite convenient, and US Hwy 301 @ Balm Riverview Rd is easily accessible, which is a plus. A bus station is not the most exciting place, but this one seems to be quite functional. In particular, the passenger loading area could use some refinement to make it easier for everyone to board. Despite some minor drawbacks, this bus station seems to do its job.
