With a variety of features such as onsite services and wheelchair accessible parking, the business is well-equipped to handle different client needs. One of the highlights is the ability to make appointments, providing a convenient experience for clients.Unfortunately, there are some issues with communication. Several clients have reported difficulties in making an appointment due to lack of response or unavailability. This can be frustrating for clients who are trying to schedule a service. The business is well-regarded by clients, with most praising the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Many clients have reported positive experiences with their pets, citing their pets' cleanliness and pleasant demeanor after leaving the facility. The variety of services offered, including dog grooming, dog bathing and blow dry, dog full service grooming, and dog nail trimming, is also appreciated by clients. The business is clearly well-managed, with many clients expressing their gratitude for the friendly and welcoming environment. However, the issue with communication should be addressed to provide a smoother experience for clients. The variety of payment options available, including debit cards and credit cards, is a plus for clients. The business is also open during standard working hours, Monday through Friday, providing a convenient time frame for clients to schedule appointments.Overall, UrbanWagz appears to be a reliable and professional pet grooming service.
