I visited the location and overall it seemed to be a great place to live. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Maddie, Rosa, and Chris. They made the leasing process and move-in experience seamless and effortless. The amenities are top-notch, and the apartments are beautiful and spacious. The location is great, with easy access to Tampa and the surrounding area. However, there were some issues that I noticed. The elevator rarely works and is always under repair. The hallways are dirty and depressing, and the building could use some additional maintenance to keep it looking its best. I also noticed that there are some issues with pests in the building, including bugs and frogs. It's worth noting that the property is still relatively new, so some of these issues may be expected. However, as a resident, I would expect a higher level of quality and maintenance to be provided. Overall, I would recommend this location to others, but with some caveats. The pricing is very competitive, especially considering the high-end amenities and location. However, some of the prices may be a bit high for the quality of the apartments and the level of maintenance provided. I would expect to pay a premium for a luxury apartment, but not to the point where it feels like I'm being taken advantage of.Overall, I would give this location 4 out of 5 stars. It's a great place to live, but with some areas for improvement. I would recommend it to others, but with some caveats.
