I've been to the UPS location at Building 1515 on Dale Mabry Hwy, and I must say it's a convenient spot. The staff is friendly and willing to help, which makes a big difference when you're in a hurry. You can contact them through their virtual assistant, live chat, or by calling the support line, which is quite helpful.Their working hours are consistent, but it would be great if they were open on Saturdays to accommodate more customers.The accessibility features, such as wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, are a plus. However, the location itself is somewhat isolated, and there aren't many options for dining or shopping nearby. It would be great to have a drop box for other shipping services, like FedEx, to make it a one-stop-shop.I've had no issues with my packages so far, and the staff seems to be on top of things. Still, I'd like to see more innovation in their services, like more flexible package pickup and delivery times or online services for tracking and updating packages.Overall, it's a solid location, but with a bit more innovation and some extra services, it could be even better.
