This location is a great find for those in need of shipping services. The staff is always professional and courteous, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. They are quick to get you through the process, and are willing to lend a helping hand when needed. The building itself is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-friendly parking lot and entrance. It's a great feature for those with mobility issues. The working hours are limited on weekdays, but they make up for it with extended hours on Fridays. It would be ideal if they could maintain a consistent schedule throughout the week. The location seems to have a good understanding of their role in the community, as seen in their affiliation with UPS. However, there is a notable issue with their inconsistent working hours, which might make it difficult for some customers to visit during their preferred time. Note: The provided third-party rating and client feedback are taken into account when creating the review. The client feedback highlights the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, which contributes to the high quality score. The working hours, while not ideal, do not significantly impact the overall score due to the positive feedback from clients.
