This business location is a UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet, offering a range of shipping services to customers. The address is Building 2392, Commercial Way Street, Spring Hill City. The business is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that can accommodate customers with mobility issues. The working hours are quite standard, with the location open from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 2pm on Saturday. Unfortunately, the business is closed on Sundays. The overall rating of 4.2 suggests that customers generally have a positive experience with this location. However, there are some concerns about the quality of service, as one customer reported being overcharged for a service despite the receipt showing a lower price. The business has received praise for its friendly and helpful staff, with customers describing them as "very friendly and helpful" and "the best shipping store in all of Hernando County". The staff's ability to provide excellent service is a significant asset to the business. One major issue with this location is the discrepancy in pricing, as reported by a customer who received a higher charge than what was stated on the receipt. This is not only frustrating for customers but also reflects poorly on the business's transparency and trustworthiness.
