This UPS location offers a reliable and efficient service experience. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, making the shipping and mailing process easy and convenient. The variety of services offered, including copying, printing, and faxing, makes it a one-stop-shop for many business needs. The location is also wheelchair accessible, making it a welcoming space for all customers. One issue that stands out is the occasional busyness of the store, which can slow down the service experience. However, the automated return station is a great convenience for customers. The working hours are standard Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm, which may not be ideal for customers with non-traditional schedules. However, the location's proximity to Homosassa makes it a valuable resource for the community.Overall, this UPS location is a solid choice for anyone looking for reliable and efficient shipping and mailing services. With a little patience during busy periods, customers can expect a smooth and helpful experience.
