This UPS location has its ups and downs. The business hours are quite convenient, with a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday. However, it's not open on weekends. The location is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus. The phone number is +13524657442, and the website is https://locations.ups.com/us/en/fl/dunnellon/authorized-shipping-outlet-190181.html.The staff seems to be friendly and helpful, but some clients have reported that the employees are under-staffed, which can cause frustration. The selection of services offered is quite limited, with a focus on UPS shipping and drop-off locations. Some clients have expressed dissatisfaction with the customer service, citing rude and unfriendly behavior from the employees. On the other hand, a few reviewers have praised the staff for being very friendly and helpful. The location is only open for a few hours a day, which may be inconvenient for those who need to use the services during off-peak hours. The lack of Amazon package acceptance is also a major drawback for some clients. It's worth noting that there is only one complaint about the location's inability to take Amazon packages, while other reviewers have praised the location for its easy option for printing and shipping.
