This location seems to offer convenient services for shipping and mailing needs, but it appears to have some issues with providing helpful service to customers. The hours of operation are also limited on weekends, which may not be suitable for everyone. The wheelchair accessibility features are a plus, making it easier for people with disabilities to access the location. Unfortunately, the large colorful decorations in the lobby may not be to everyone's taste. The service seems to be lacking, with one customer experiencing unhelpful and unfriendly service from an employee. The response from the owner was somewhat apologetic but did not seem to take responsibility for the issue.
