The location of UPS on Kathleen Rd Road in Lakeland City is a convenient spot for shipping and mailing needs. The store is wheelchair accessible, both from the parking lot and entrance, making it easily accessible for everyone. However, some may find the quality of services provided to be just average. The working hours are standard, with no services available on Sundays.
The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the experience pleasant for customers. The store is clean and well-maintained. It is a good option for returning Amazon packages, as mentioned by some customers. Despite this, the store's proximity to residential areas is a plus for those who need to ship packages regularly.
One drawback of the store is the limited number of services provided. Despite this, it is a reliable option for shipping and mailing needs. The store's Innovativeness is worth noting, as it is always trying to improve its services. The Pricing is very competitive, making it a good choice for those looking to save money.
