The UPS location on E Fowler Ave is a reliable and convenient option for shipping and mailing services. The staff is generally knowledgeable and helpful, with some exceptions. They can assist with packaging and sending items, making the process easy and efficient. However, there have been instances where customers felt taken advantage of, such as being charged extra for printing services. Accessibility features like wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance are available, making it more inclusive. The working hours are consistent throughout the week, but it's worth noting that the location is closed on Sundays. Overall, it's a decent choice for those in need of shipping and mailing services, but there's room for improvement in terms of customer service and transparency.
