This UPS location on N Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa City seems to have a lot to offer. It is easily accessible for people with mobility issues, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The working hours are very convenient, with extended hours on weekdays and later start times on weekends. However, there is one major issue that affects the overall experience - the phone number provided does not work, making it difficult for customers to contact the location directly. This has been a problem for multiple customers who have reviewed the location online. On the other hand, some customers have had positive experiences with the employees, who have been described as professional and fast. Overall, it seems that this location could benefit from some improvements in customer service and communication.
