This UPS location is easily accessible, located inside a Michaels store, making it a convenient spot for drop-off. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some employees going above and beyond to assist customers, such as Crystal and Nona. However, some customers have experienced difficulties with large package returns and have been told that they cannot accommodate oversized items. Unfortunately, the employees at this location seem to have a rather inconsistent attitude, with some customers receiving excellent service while others are met with rudeness and lack of assistance.
