This location is a great spot for those in need of shipping and mailing services. The staff is very considerate and patient, which is a big plus. On the other hand, I noticed that the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible, which is a big help for people with mobility issues.The working hours are quite flexible, accommodating those who need to drop off packages on weekends and evenings. However, I had a hard time getting through to a real person when I called in the past, and had to deal with a robot.Overall, the services offered by this UPS location are top-notch, but the automated phone system could use some improvement. Despite this, the staff is friendly and helpful, making the experience more pleasant.
